The group is also opening discussions with qualified strategic acquirers and investors for potential full acquisition, majority participation, strategic merger or other M&A structures. Key sectors include UAM/eVTOL, aerospace, Vertiports, smart infrastructure, advanced materials, space technologies, hospitals, hotels, international construction and digital infrastructure. Skyport’s current strategic documentation identifies a consolidated asset position of approximately €9.44 billion, including approximately €8.9 billion in technology and intellectual property and approximately €430 million in strategic infrastructure and real assets. Through the Belt and Road Deal-Making Platform, Skyport is seeking direct introductions to **strategic acquirers, aerospace and aviation groups, institutional investors, sovereign investors, infrastructure groups, private equity, family offices, sponsor banks and capital-markets institutions**.
