Maros Industrial Estate

Maros regency is located adjacent to the capital city of South Sulawesi, Makassar, with a total distance of just 30km, with spatial planning as the Mamminasata (Makassar-Maros-Sungguminasa-Takalar) Metropolitan Area. Maros holds a prime position to support the development and stability of Makassar due to its strategic geographical position as one of the buffer regions along with numerous potential tourism sites, such as Rammang-rammang Karst Limestone and Bantimurung Waterfall. Maros Industrial Area will be located in 3 sub-districts: Marusu, Maros Baru and Lau. The covered area is already legalized by two local regulations. Furthermore, the development stages will be divided into two parts. It has 140 Ha area ready to offer with suitable topography to build factories along with comprehensive public utilities such as concrete road and water dike. The land area will be regarded as Right to Build.
