CDVC is a digital identity that allows users to self-manage their identity proof without depending on third-party providers to store and centrally manage the data. This infrastructure links information and attributes such as company background information (Directorship, court case, share structure etc.), business transactions (Transaction data, invoice, payment record etc.), and operations data (MPF, rental, utility etc.). CDVC enable transacted data to share under encrypted channel that only owner. CDVC is similar to personal identity, every company should own one. It facilitates a way to access services and interact with various parties in the course of business, connecting company to company and company with financial institution seamlessly.
